Squirrels!
Harold is not a rat. Found a pile of acorns in the corner of the laundry room. Don't think rats do that. And I think we found how he gets in. On the door there's a rubber thing that's supposed to seal it off, but a side of it has a hole. We're hoping to get it replaced soon before Harold could gather the acorns again and stache them in the laundry room. And yes, the acorns pretty much confirmed his existence, so he is getting evicted. He can live in the tree right outside our balcony instead.
Most everyone in the district caught some kind of bug. Its nothing major enough to justify not working but it's enough to make everyone miserable. Sister Martinsen got sick the first part of the week and I did the second. I tried to say hi to the Elders in the parking lot on sunday and it sounded like a demon or something was stuck in my throat. Yeah it wasn't great. Being sick on a mission is terrible I've decided.
Well, we had another couple of lessons with William and Anthony. It was fantastic! They are so ready for their baptism which is on the 2nd. They picked who they wanted to do what at their baptism and everything! It was truly a blessing to me that I was a helping hand in their conversion. Its coming along smoothly, and we're so excited for them.
Some of you missed the horses this week but I'm running out of ideas on what to write about them. We really do routine work. Muck stalls, groom and saddle them up and clean equipment. I decided I'll start telling you all about the horses themselves. The horse I took a picture with this week's name is Wiz. Really goofy but really friendly. Every time you go up to her she expects treats and acts like she's going to take something out of your hands even if there's nothing there. Silly girl.
I went on Exchanges on Tuesday again. Perks of having a STL companion. I went with Sister Anderson this week. We did family history work in preparation for our temple trip in a week and a half. We are all so excited for it. We also ate some delitious doughnuts from Sugar Box across the street from the church. It was a good day.
