11 Months!

Well Hi everyone! It’s me again! I kinda want to say you’re favorite service missionary but I don’t know how accurate that would be. Hopefully I’m in the top 5 at least! Anywho I’m going to make this a quick one and tell y’all about this week!

Even more temple!

On Tuesday my district met about having all of us service missionaries visit the temple as a patron once a week. We’re trying it out and seeing how it goes for now. It’s starting this Tuesday so I’ll see how it goes. Also, I got my family to go with me to do Baptisms for the dead again on Thursday! You know, I was discussing with my companion this but when in the temple, try to tune in with the spirit, and see if you can feel the joy and peace in the room. I think it’s from the people who we are getting baptized for because it seems to have individual hints to it. That could just be me though. I’d encourage y’all to try it. See if it enhances your temple experience.

Temple dedication!

Today the Red Cliffs Utah temple was dedicated! We went to our church building, listened to some talks and then did the hosanna shout. It was nice. I do think it’ll be something I’ll remember. Before it started it showed a slideshow of different temples, and I am always amazed at how wonderful they are. I did get a little cold and sleepy during the devotional unfortunately. At least there’s a correlation! Once I stole Dad’s suit coat I got warmer and quit nodding off! Isn’t that strange?!

Well, that’s it for now! I’ve got my first shift in the temple on Thursday that I’m super excited for and I hit 11 months as a missionary! I can’t believe it! I’ll write again next week.
