Stake Conference!!

Hi everyone! I hope you’ve had a fantastic week this week and that it has been filled with blessings. I know it’s been a good one for me. Stake conference was fantastic! One of my primary kids spoke and it was wholesome! Great job Meg! And it was also fantastic to hear from my temple president and his wife. I love everyone who serves there and I love serving there myself. I’m hoping to continue serving there but I’ll see what happens with my knee and all in a couple of months. And yes, it’s only a couple of months. Crazy.

I also want to thank everyone who emails me once in a while. I really appreciate it even though I’m terrible at responding to them. It makes me feel like there’s people who look up to me and what an honor that is.

Labor Day!!

I honestly didn’t do a whole lot since one of my assignments were closed. It was refreshing to spend some time at home though. Also, I just want to mention that William and Anthony were baptized a year ago from that day! Happy 1 year to you both and just know that we all love you very much!

Temple work

I was able to get Tysen to go to the temple this week and do an endowment session for our great uncle. I think that makes it real special since I know Tysen inherited a lot of his belongings. Gives a purpose to doing this all. I’m just so happy we were able to get his work done. While Family History work is sometimes frustrating it will all be made worthwhile. I don’t remember exactly who said this but someone said in general conference a while ago that he looks forward to seeing those people he did temple work for and seeing the joy on their faces. You know, that is definitely something I’d look forward to as well and I honestly can’t think of a better result for this work I’m doing. So, does this motivate anyone to do their genealogy?

Well, this is all for now. Be safe and God loves you!
