Howdy everyone! Here I am, writing this so my mom and grandma don't hunt me down. I seriously had a nightmare about it. One of those where you wake up in a sweat and then think to yourself 'what the heck'. It had some horror movie aspects to it, and then looking back on it makes it seem ridiculous.  I get to go immediately to the horses this week! I've got a picture of Cascabel this week. He's absolutely stunning. Sorry you can't really see his face through the fly mask haha. Also got a picture of Fizz trying to ear Sister Martinsen. That was pretty dang funny.  I forgot to tell this story last week. I went to put on my shoes, which I keep outside. Because, ya know, horse poo. I went to put them on and it felt like there was a rock in my left shoe. I fished it out and it took me a moment to process that it was a snail! Not a rock. Sister Martinsen laughed as I rolled down the window and threw him outside. It's not like they were on the floor outside either! ...

Well hi. So, as you may have noticed, this is late. That's because Preparation day was pushed back to Thursday this week. That's because of Transfers being tomorrow.  A lot of things are happening this transfer. A lot of people are moving around and new areas are being opened up. It's kind of craxy. Well, I won't get into that, but I'm going... Drum roll please.... to stay right here. Yup. I'm staying with Sister Martinsen in Newbury park another transfer. I'll spend my 6 months here. Crazy how that's coming up. Feels like just yesterday I got here as a greenie. It feels like I havent been here that long. Next thing you all know I'll be home again and I'll likely be bugging people because I've gotten used to always having something to do.  On to this week! So, on Thursday we had Zone conference. Hi Everyone! It honestly doesnt feel like I should be writing quite yet. A week should be longer. This one felt really short. Probably because it was very busy. Oh, and welcome to the Email list Jody! I started getting your emails and realized you may want mine too. So, yeah!  So first and foremost, we got to go to the Temple on Thursday! It was amazing. I took a family name and I could feel her there in the room. It was amazing. Hope you've accepted it Louisa.  The LA temple is absolutely gorgeous! It's got some beautiful murals and not to mention the celestial room was absolutely divine. It had a painting all around on the walls and it makes me wonder if the Celestial Kingdom will look like that. Beautiful.  So I've got a treat for y'all. I went on TWO exchanges this week. Hi again! Thanks for checking in. Im still alive and I'm still in California. Y'all, it's expensive here. I was at Walmart a while ago and I saw a bag of chicken nuggets that was 20 dollars! Found one that was cheaper though, luckily but I saw that price tag and my mind was blown. I dont know how anyone affords anything here, especially a house. Some of them here in Newbury park are beyond what I'll probably make in a lifetime.  So, I'll get to what you all have been waiting for. William and Anthony's baptism was lovely. So lovely. A lot of people from all over the stake came to it, there was amazing talks, me and Sister Martinsen made cookies and it was overall just great! Anthony said our cookies were even better than Crumbl! Guess our title as the cookie fairies still stands. Thank you pre-made tollhouse cookie dough.  They were given the gift of the Holy ghost the next day and it was so special. Sunday was just so cool.
